Do I need to bring my computer in?
No. Many software-related issues, such as slow performance or email configuration, can be handled via our Remote Service. As long as your computer can still connect to the internet, our technician can log in securely to assist you.
Should I repair or replace my computer?
Technicians typically perform a cost-benefit analysis. If the repair cost exceeds 50% of the cost of a new machine or if the hardware is more than 6 years old. We generally recommend a new build or purchase.
What is required for a remote session?
You simply need a functional internet connection. You will be given a unique code or link to grant the technician temporary access; you can watch the entire process on your screen, and you can terminate the connection at any time.
Do you provide services for businesses or just homes?
We provide both. Services include commercial network wiring, server maintenance, and ongoing IT troubleshooting for local Meridian businesses.
What forms of payment do you accept?

Can you fix older operating systems?

Do you offer on-site home visits, or is it shop-only?
While we emphasize remote support for speed, we do provide on-site services for the Treasure Valley area, including Meridian, Boise, and Eagle, Idaho. Specifically for networking and hardware setups that can’t be fixed remotely.
